We do not offer refunds. We only accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support zentrastores02@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong.
